**Pin headers do not come pre-soldered. You will need to supply and solder a 1x5 2.54mm pin header to the display**

A3xx FCU LCD Unboxing
I purchased this FCU beginning of November 2024.
I am very happy with the craftmanship and it fits well in my open Cockpit FCU.
Also soldering the pins and connecting them with an Arduino was easy.
I did not like the way how this FCU is started up. It is said that it is plug and play, but this is not the case. It was not clear to me which video I should follow to install the FCU correctlyx. As a matter of fact, after several questions that I sent, the function "dashed" for speed and heading are still not working.
Everything else seems to work. After sending a description of my problem to kav simulations, I got the answer to present this case in Discord, so that the commmiunity can resolve the issue. I do not think this appropriate. I think I purchased the fcu and I want it working and I want support by the supplier and not by a community.
I would appreciate if somebody could deal with this case.
Otherwise, I like the parts, they are looking great. And everything that works looks great.

We did explain to you how to rectify the dash issue by using our standard profile that comes built into the MobiFlight installation. We also explained that if you're using your own custom MobiFlight profile and having problems getting it to work, that you might find better help on their (MobiFlight's) Discord. This is because they are the experts on their own software.

Although I haven't assembled the FCU LCD as yet, but I have managed to completed the EFIS LCD and i'm very impressed how easy it was to setup.Looking forwards to the FCU LCD once I can get my crap together.

Excellent screen, easy enough to set up. Now the screen has become large and easy to visualize. Excellent software support, working profiles for aircraft.
