Hello all,
I appreciate that a few of you have contacted me about not receiving your item yet. This is of course understandably frustrating. If you have chosen 'International Standard' shipping, then this is not a tracked service (even if you have recieved a tracking number, this is just for Royal Mail internal admin). The only way to track an item is to use the express service unfortunatley.
Royal Mail state that their delivery times advertised are 'aims' and not guarantees, and that the processes can be delayed by the receiving country's customs procedure also. They then of course hand it over to your countrys local equivalent, and so we are at their mercy.
The good news is that I have been informed by some of the international customers that they have started receiving their items (from the first batch that were shipped on the 12th May). This is both Europe and North America so far. Hopefully, this will indiciate that you should receive it soon if you haven't already.
I want to thank you for your patience, and I hope that you will receive these items very soon.
