For those of you who have still not received your order, I am truly sorry for this.
I have just got off the phone with Royal Mail again this morning and made all of our frustrations very clear.
I have now sent them over details of all the orders which 'international standard' or 'international economy', and have asked them to give me as much information on each parcel as possible.
As with any request like this, they have asked me to give them a few days to answer this query. So, I'm hoping that by the end of this week, if you still haven't received your parcel (as hopefully it could still turn up this week), then I will have more detailed information on the parcels' status.
I can only apologise on behalf of Royal Mail again, and assure you that I am doing everything I can to resolve this matter.
